Welcome to the Andersen Vineyards website. We thought it would be fun to showcase our vineyard to friends and family. We also wanted to create an educational site that would show the year long process that goes on in a vineyard from vine to wine. This labor of love is truly how a fine wine is created. It is because of this philosophy that we have remained a small opperation and when combined with our organic and sustainble growing practices this has resulted in some of the finest grapes available.

I have always loved growing plants and being outdoors which has been a nice balance to my other passion in life: jewelry design. I have been a custom jewelry designer and manufacturer working in gold and precious gems for over thirty years. All of our Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wine grapes are grown in accordance with the Organic Food Production Act of 1990. We are a registered organic producer with the California Dept. of Agriculture.
